Tutram is an online platform that helps small businesses and creators run their own branded online shop — they list products, take orders, and share their shop link with their customers. This page explains what data we collect when you use Tutram, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
We've tried to write this in plain English. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@tutram.am and we'll be happy to explain.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password (stored hashed — we never see the raw password). If you sign in with Google we additionally receive your Google profile name and avatar image, nothing else.
When you set up your shop you give us your brand name, description, logo, cover image, contact links (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), product photos, prices, and category structure. This is the content your customers see — it's stored so we can render your public shop page at your URL.
We log basic usage events so we can keep the platform working and improve it: when you log in, which pages you visit inside the seller panel, how many visitors land on your public shop page, and which products they view. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share your individual usage with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you connect Instagram, we receive an access token from Meta and use it only to read your recent posts so we can import them as product drafts in your Tutram shop. We do not post on your behalf, we do not read your direct messages, and we do not access any account other than the Instagram Business or Creator account you explicitly connected. The token is encrypted at rest in our database and you can disconnect at any time from the Tutram dashboard. The same applies to any other integration we add in the future (Telegram, Facebook, etc.).
Subscription payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store full credit-card numbers on our servers — only a reference id and the last few digits, used to display "card ending 4242" on your billing page.
We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with trusted service providers who help us operate Tutram:
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy policy and a data-processing agreement with us.
We use cookies for the basics: keeping you logged in, remembering your language preference, and measuring aggregate site traffic. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies at any time, though doing so will log you out of Tutram.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active, plus a short grace period (typically 30 days) after you delete it in case you change your mind. After that, your account, shop, products, and uploaded images are permanently removed from our active systems. Some records may be retained longer where required by law (e.g. invoicing records for tax purposes).
You can request to:
Email support@tutram.am to make a request and we'll respond within 14 days.
Tutram uses TLS/HTTPS for every connection between your browser and our servers. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Integration tokens (Instagram, etc.) are encrypted at rest in our database. Access to production data is limited to the engineers who operate the platform, and every access is logged.
No system is perfectly secure — but we take reasonable care, and if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we'll notify you promptly and explain what happened.
Tutram is built for adult businesspeople and creators. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has registered an account, please email us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when appropriate, notify you by email or in-app.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your data? Email support@tutram.am. We read every message.
